LEAK DETECTION
We understand the stress of having multiple trades people come to your home, first to discover the problem, then another to fix it. That's why at RESOLVE IT leak detection we strive to not only find the issue but also repair it all in one visit. We specialize in leak detection and use advanced equipment to locate hidden issues with minimal damage and disruption.
Our engineers have been in the industry for many years, and this shows with our work. We have found multiple leaks that other companies attempted but couldn't find.
In most cases, the cost is covered under building insurance if there is a "track and trace" or "trace and access" in place. Each of our Engineers will provide a detailed written report, inclusive of photos, usually within 24 hours.
A simple leak can cause significant damage to your home in a short amount of time. In some cases, this will not immediately be obvious. If left untreated, these leaks can cause condensation leading to mold, rotting timbers, damaged floors, and blown plaster work. Our Engineers will identify these areas which will be confirmed in your leak detection report.
